It seems this Dr Binatang Xavier is trying to confuse the public....the facts are:-
1 - All water treatment assets in Selangor are currently owned by Federal Govt pending the Water Restructuring Exercise under WSIA
2 - Abbas, Splash & Sg Harmoni (with State GLCs interest) are just Water Treatment Operators appointed by Federal Govt on Long Term Operation and Maintenance Contract which accounts 60% of the production volume, the balance is from Puncak Niaga.
3 - If this assets are owned by State GLCs, why ask for Federal budget.
4 - The RM 225 M Upgrading of the Treatment Plants are identified by KeTTHA as fast track mitigation project in view of delay in Langat 2....not from State Govt as claimed by this Dr Binatang Xavier.
By all means, the PR Govt can proceed with the referendum.....will see how it goes...
Cukup lawak...they cant even get the facts rights, ada hati nak buat referendum.
